Torsten Shulz

Torsten joined Chazey Partners in 2020 and leads Intelligent Automation initiatives, combining functional expertise and technical leadership to drive successful projects. With a background in finance and shared services, he has led automation and standardization efforts across 11 Latin American business units, optimizing Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, HR, Accounting, and Operations through RPA and process transformation. A certified Scrum Product Owner, Torsten has managed automation teams, served as Scrum Master, and driven Business Intelligence and Operational Excellence programs. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration and enjoys tennis, outdoor adventures, and dog-friendly activities. Having lived in Vancouver, he also has a passion for Mediterranean cuisine, having worked as a Sous-chef during his studies.
