Usha Gollapudi is Director of Finance at NOV, where she leads the Finance Systems team within the Transformation and Enablement organization. She is a finance transformation leader who specializes in reimagining global finance operations through digital innovation, automation, and enterprise systems modernization. At NOV, Usha has led complex, multi-year transformation initiatives, including the implementation of Basware across 42+ ledgers in 16 countries spanning four ERPs, and the global deployment of BlackLine Reconciliations, Tasks, and Intercompany. She also established NOV’s Reporting and Analytics Center of Excellence, standardizing data across a diverse ERP landscape and building scalable reporting solutions using Alteryx and Power BI. Her automation strategy has reduced manual data compilation by 52% and delivered more than 50 workflows and executive dashboards that enhance visibility, strengthen governance, and enable faster, insight-driven decision-making. With prior experience at PepsiCo, ArcelorMittal, RR Donnelley, and Ernst & Young, Usha brings deep expertise in large-scale ERP implementations, process redesign, change management, and governance transformation.
