Anna Alechno is an experienced global transformation leader with over 20 years of proven success across multinational and matrix organizations, specializing in digital transformation, intelligent automation (IA) and Global Business Services (GBS) strategy. Throughout her career, Anna has held global leadership roles at PepsiCo, IKEA, British American Tobacco, TJX Europe, First Data Corporation, and Accenture. In her current role as Intelligent Automation Lead at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), she focuses on enhancing service delivery through the application of cutting-edge technologies.
