Experienced global HR senior executive CHRO

Antonio Calco’ Labruzzo is an experienced global HR executive. He has over 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, including pharma, healthcare, FMCG, technology, and industrial sectors. Most recently, he held the role of Global Head of Human Resources, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) and Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Procurement (GREFP).

Before Takeda, Antonio served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Colosseum Group, fast-growing global healthcare leader, and Global Head of HR for Corporate Functions at COFCO International, a world-class agriculture supply chain company. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR roles as Chief Talent Officer and Business Unit HR Director at COESIA Group, Kraft-Heinz, Vodafone, GE Healthcare, and L’Oréal, working in Italy, UK and China.

Antonio holds a Master of Science in Business Management from Bocconi University. He lives in Switzerland with his wife Valentina and their children, Asia and Alessandro. Alongside his passion for developing people and organizations, he is the author of a best-selling book on international career development.
