Building on from his engineering & financial education, Carlos has more than 20 years of international experience on the fields of Business Transformation, Analytics & Data Systems, Performance Management and Global Business Services. He’s currently the Head of the Holcim Business Centre in Europe, providing a wide range of services (finance, commercial, procurement, HR administration, RPA, etc) for 22 countries in the region. Prior to that, Carlos led several transformation projects at big scale, notably setting up new Global Centres of Excellence for Analytics & Reporting and for Robotics & Process Automation.
