David Hoeren is a Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom Service Europe, currently leading HR Service Management. He focuses on developing HR Service and IT platforms and driving the digitalization and automation of HR services. Before that, he was responsible for Group Treasury, managing core financial operations and advancing the digital transformation of treasury systems. Earlier in his career, he worked in strategy, shared services, and consulting, leading several large-scale transformation projects. He holds a degree in Business Informatics from the University of Cologne and brings together experience in technology, finance, and transformation.
