Dennis Leusink is an experienced HR operations and transformation leader currently serving as Global GBS HR Services Lead at Barry Callebaut Group. In this role, he oversees end-to-end HR service delivery across multiple global hubs, leading cross-regional teams to provide scalable, high-quality services to employees in several countries. His expertise spans HR operations, service delivery optimization, and building efficient, data-driven HR processes.
Prior to this, Dennis spent over six years at Fujitsu, where he played a key role in building and leading HR service organizations and driving large-scale HR transformation initiatives, including global system implementations and regional change management. He began his career in shared services at Accenture Prague and held roles in payroll, HR administration, and process improvement, and has held multiple leadership positions at IKEA, where he led international HR service teams and transition projects.
With nearly two decades of experience, Dennis brings strong leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement expertise to global HR service environments.
