• Visibility & Governance: Why most organizations have no idea how many agents are running, where they live, and who is still responsible for them.
• Rogue Agents as Non-Human Identities: How forgotten processes, offboarded staff, and compromised agents silently become your biggest security and cost exposure.
• Securing AI in a GBS Context: How Shared Service Organizations can enforce agent governance across the full lifecycle, from access rights to cost control and transparency.
