With over 30 years of experience working with HR and Technology professionals, Hitesh brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge of the challenges and opportunities associated with large-scale business transformations. He started at ServiceNow in August 2016 and was hired to build the HR business in EMEA. For the last 5 years, Hitesh has worked with partners globally to help them build their ServiceNow HR and GBS practices.
