Ines Burmeister

Head of Transition Office, Corporate Business Services Phoenix Group

Ines Burmeister started her career as System and Process Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving to Clariant to take up a Process and Service Manager role in order to help building the three captive Shared Service Centers (SSCs) in Poland, India and China. At her next career step she took over the Global Process Ownership for PtP to standardize, automate and harmonize the Accounts Payable process globally. This was followed by an international assignment in the SSC in Lodz, Poland where she headed the StP department and was part of the SSC management team. She led the Global Finance Transformation at Clariant before she went back to consulting as a Director, also heading the DACH Business Transformation team at The Hackett Group. In the beginning of this year she then joined the PHOENIX group as Head of Transition Office.
