Istvan Leskovics is an experienced leader in master data governance, with a strong background in finance shared services. As Senior Director of Global Master Data Governance at Paramount, he is responsible for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and global optimization of finance master data. Throughout his career, Istvan has successfully aligned data standards with complex regulatory requirements. He is deeply passionate about process automation and is particularly focused on shifting reactive processes into proactive, preventive workflows to reduce risk and enhance operational performance. His expertise includes reducing manual tasks and copy-paste activities through solutions like custom request handling tools, VBA scripting, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and workflow redesign. Currently, he is also exploring the role of AI and the use of AI assistants to further drive efficiency. At the upcoming conference, Istvan will offer his perspective on how data governance and intelligent automation can transform the shared services landscape.
