Service Delivery Lead, Record-To-Report Kalmar

Mariya joined Kalmar (formerly part of Cargotec) in 2018 to lead the transition of Record-to-Report (RTR) activities to the GBS center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Headquartered in Helsinki, Kalmar is a leading provider of sustainable cargo-handling solutions, helping ports, terminals, and logistics operations worldwide enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity.

She successfully led the planning and execution of the RTR workstream during the Cargotec demerger and played a pivotal role in establishing the RTR function for Kalmar as a standalone organization. With over 20 years of experience in finance, Mariya brings deep expertise in service delivery, process transformation, and operational excellence, and has led multiple initiatives that delivered measurable improvements and lasting value.

Prior to joining Kalmar, she held senior management roles across diverse industries, including energy and utilities, manufacturing and telecommunications, bringing a broad, strategic perspective to business stakeholders.
