  • EY Hungary – Associate Partner Supplychain & Operations 01/2021–01/2022 (Budapest/Hungary) Support Clients Building & Optimizing their Shared Service Centers & Operations in HU, help with location selection, Talent acquisition, delivery model etc. Genpact – Global Lean & Digital Transformation Leader Source to Pay 12/2018–to date (Budapest/Hungary) Transitioning GE’s S2P shared service function & programs to Genpact. Developing a strategic roadmap & owning all digital and productivity programs from machine learning enhanced OCR through eInvoicing to RPA, chatbots & cognitive buying agents for GE as a client.

Delivering $6MM in savings in ’17 and significantly improving GE’s discount and cash position through driving AP automation across the company
