By leading optimization projects in the accounts payable area – such as achieving a global OCR recognition rate of up to 80% and an automatic posting rate of up to 65% – I was able to gain initial experience in project management and process optimization. Through numerous transitions, international business trips, and projects, I have gained extensive experience in the Finance sector and successfully achieved efficiency improvements. Since 2023, I have been leading a process team in subledger accounting with global process responsibility. In August 2023, I additionally assumed the role of Product Owner S/4HANA Business Finance and lead the Schaeffler S4 Finance Team in our global S/4HANA rollout. With my End-to-end and automation driven mindset we’re as team shaping the Schaeffler process and future in Finance
