Stefan Hirsch is Director GBS Strategy and Future Business Services at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he leads the development and implementation of the company's GBS strategy and service portfolio development. With over 10 years of experience in the successful implementation and leadership of GBS, Stefan in previous roles contributed to the creation, implementation, and restructuring of Bosch's shared service structures, transforming them into an E2E integrated GBS with over 12,000 employees. His background also includes roles within Bosch Building Technology, Powertrain Solutions, and central departments in Finance, Logistics, and Strategy. Stefan also has a strong academic background in the GBS field, having been a research associate at the Working Group „Shared Services“ at the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft, where he also completed his doctoral thesis on Management Control in Shared Service Organizations.
