Sven Kirsten

Head of GBO Enabling Functions Kws Group

Sven Kirsten has extensive experience in operations and process management, currently serving as the Head of GTC Enabling Functions, Global Business & Transactional Services Strategist, and Process Excellence Manager at KWS Group since July 2019. Prior to this, Sven worked at UMS Consulting GmbH & Co. KG from February 2014 to June 2019, contributing as a Senior Consultant and Consultant on significant projects involving business transformation, lean methodologies, and operational excellence for various sectors, including aerospace, energy, and telecommunications. Earlier roles include serving as a Student Consultant at Viadrina Consulting Group e.V. and as a bank clerk at Deutsche Bank. Sven holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from European-University Viadrina and completed an Erasmus exchange program at Aarhus University.
