In 2020, after five years as a consultant, Sven joined KWS Group as Process Excellence Manager. He focuses on leading projects, methodology development and capability building. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Sven utilizes his knowledge to educate the organization, fosters an improvement-driven mindset and engages to helps various departments throughout the company to operate more efficiently.
