Torsten is a senior leader who gained his experiences as management consultant, HR strategy head and managing director over the course of his career. In his current position he is heading the HR shared services organization in EMEA.

Torsten focusses on up scaling HR services offers via digitization and automation. Besides his passion for systems, processes and data, Torsten is a systemic coach and holds a IOCB certification as DBVC Coach.
