Blake has been attached to the Mysale Group for over five years, having a continued focus on all things 'Customer Service' within the ecommerce arena. Being based in Malaysia for the past three years, he has stepped into the Head of Shared Services position in 2016 with an agenda of streamlining processes and maximizing efficiencies. Blake is passionate about empowering staff to do what it takes to provide outstanding service, creating a culture of success in his teams. Blake has studied at Western Sydney University in Australia, obtaining a Bachelor in Business and Commerce (Marketing) while exploring the foundations of Human Resource Management.
