Datuk Ts. Fadzli Abdul Wahit is the Senior Vice President of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), where he leads the Digital Transformation Division's initiatives focusing on transforming the industry through technologies and digitalization adoption by businesses specifically in Malaysia Digital promoted sectors. His main role is to drive and accelerate the sustainable growth of Malaysia's Digital Economy with Malaysia Digital as the overarching initiative towards establishing Malaysia as the digital hub of ASEAN.

At the same time, currently Datuk Fadzli Abdul Wahit also is foreseeing the Digital Investment Office that focuses on attracting digital investment and promote Malaysia globally as the preferred digital investment location.

Prior to his current role, he was also MDEC's Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer where he led MDEC's efforts in strategizing and identifying disruptive technologies that contributed to Nation-building initiatives and preparing them into proper industry- readiness and strategic positioning plans.

Prior to joining MDEC, Datuk Ts. Fadzli was the Partner/Executive Director for the Management Consulting Practice of KPMG Business Advisory (Head of Government Sector), KPMG Malaysia.

Datuk Ts. Fadzli Abdul Wahit has over 30 years’ experience in advising government and semi- government in Malaysia as well as abroad, and his main areas of specialisation are in Corporate Transformation and Restructuring, Policy Development, Economic and Feasibility Study, Strategy Planning & Advisory. His breadth of expertise has helped various stakeholders and partnership between government sectors and large corporations. He has also led several successful projects relating to Information Technology, Organisational Culture, Project Management, Strategy and Business Process, and Human Resources.
