With over 30 years experience spanning the financial, commercial, and offshoring sectors, Julio Cruz built his career across the energy, banking, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and technology industries. A proven leader in accounting, finance, and treasury management, he has an impressive track record of delivering sustainable results, optimizing financial performance, and steering organizations toward their strategic goals. Joining Roche in 2018, Julio has taken on leadership roles in multiple locations, including Costa Rica, Switzerland, and Malaysia. Currently the General Manager of Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) APAC, Julio oversees the site operations which provides digital marketing, finance, IT, strategic enablement, and people services to Roche affiliates across the Asia Pacific region and in some areas to other geographical regions. Julio is also the global Head of the RSS Record-to-Report Business Line. Here, he leads the Record-to-Report organization, encompassing general and management accounting, inventory, fixed assets, accounts receivable, treasury, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting functions, ensuring excellence, compliance, and audit readiness across all activities. Julio holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from the University of Alabama and a joint MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS) from DePaul University, both in the United States. He is a certified Treasury professional.
