Logappriya Rajendran is a professional with over 16 years of experience in various disciplines within the Shared Services Center (SSC) and Global Business Services (GBS) environments. Currently, she serves as the Global Training Lead at Alcon Global Services, overseeing the learning and development of 2,500 professionals across four centers. Priya is a Certified Trainer and a Toastmaster, recognized for her agility, resourcefulness, and passion for talent identification, management, and retention.
