More than 15 years of experience across diversified
areas in central functions. Started career as System Analyst for Customer Order
Provisioning, before moved into Project Management and Change Management roles for SAP ERP implementation (scope includes all
back-office functions i.e. Finance, Procurement, Human Resource), which run in
parallel with SSOs establishment in TM.
Subsequently, have lead several improvement initiatives which include
Procure-to-Pay, Procurement Transformation and Governance. Evolved into Catalyst role in TM’s Digital
Transformation journey to drive process simplification and digital automation
across TM Group; and thus lead to the recent portfolio as the Program Leader
for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for the COE setup to establish best
practice and drive value creation.
