Syazana Lim is the senior analyst and Head of Product at SSON Research & Analytics (SSON R&A). She spearheads the Top 20 Most Admired SSO/GBS initiative and is responsible for researching and analysing a combination of proprietary and public data on the global shared services and outsourcing community to uncover the latest trends and insights into the industry. She also manages the various interactive data tools in the SSON R&A platform such as the City Cube, the Metric Benchmarker and the Intelligent Automation Universe.
