Johan Fourie

Johan has been with Bayer for 25 years. His career has led him to work in 4 countries, the most recent is in Sweden where he was head of the Central Administration Organization for the Nordics.

Johan has been in the Philippines since July 2016 after taking on the position of Managing Director of Bayer Business Services Philippines, Inc. or BBSPI--the biggest in Bayer’s network of shared service centers around the world. As the head of the service center in Manila, Johan is at the helm of its operations, and is responsible for more than 800 employees.

BBSPI is now on its 6th year and is recently hailed by PEZA as an Outstanding Employer for 2017.

Johan is a Chartered Accountant, having earned his Master’s Degree in Taxation at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and LLB Degree (Legal) from the University of South Africa.

Johan is a South African national and speaks 4 languages.
