Syazana Lim heads up the analyst team at SSON’s global analytics centre based in Singapore. She’s been with the team since the centre opened 4 years ago in 2015.
Syazana is responsible for researching and analyzing a combination of proprietary and public data on the global shared services and outsourcing landscape to uncover the latest trends and insights across different regions. She presents the findings and shares the importance of data and analytics at all major SSON events.
Syazana is involved in the production of global industry reports and is currently managing various SSON Analytics data tools such as the Metric Benchmarker (a benchmarking tool which allows SSCs to compare up to 112 metrics), the City Cube (a location analysis tool) and the Intelligent Automation Universe.
