Gavin is Vice President and Head of Global Business Services for AECOM, responsible for Support Services and Transformation across AECOM global network, spanning 150 countries and 65,000 employees. AECOM’s GBS scope includes a portfolio of SG&A functions including: Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Remote Assistance, Contact Centres and other Administration serviced from 6 key strategic locations across the globe. Prior to Gavin’s current role, he held various leadership roles within the shared services industry as well as led an array of transformation, systems implementations, M&A, and change management projects. Gavin prides himself on building high performance teams and enjoys identifying and leading transformational change. Gavin is on the advisory board for SSON, participating regularly in SSON events, holds a degree in Business, is a member of CPA Australia and has studied an advanced Diploma in GBS with CIMA and Hackett Group.
