Harry Chan has more than 20 years of experience in shared service operations, management and finance transformation. He specialises in financial operations, financial sharing center system implementation, and has worked in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has worked with the executive teams of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwC), Dairy Farm Group, Capgemini Outsourcing, Maersk Group – Global Shared Service, Arrow Electronics, UBM Pls and a couple of leading Fortune 500 companies to help them in digital transformation and the building of shared service centers. Harry has extensive experience in change management, project management, process improvement, SLA and KPI design, ISO9001 system implementation and internal audit, digital transformation and continuous process improvement and reconstruction.
