9:00 AM Solution Clinic D | Design Thinking 101 – A New Methodology to Future-Proof your SSO

 “Design Thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer’s toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.” – Tim Brown, IDEO. This clinic will help the participants to understand the overall practice of this new methodology. Participants will be able to solve problems creatively by harnessing a creative mindset through the use of various tools and frameworks. Participating in this solution clinic will also allow our participants to gain a practical understanding of the design thinking approach by engaging in quick experiments using the “learn, gather feedback, and iterate” method.
