2.00pm: NTU Shared Services (NSS)

NSS is a new department set up as part of NTU’s drive towards Administrative Excellence to enhance NTU’s organisational capability and business performance. To harness common synergies and take advantage of greater efficiencies, NSS will be delivering Procurement, HR, Finance and IT transactional services.

The streamlining of these four common functions is in line with the university’s focus to have greater integration, improve communication, create more specialised and collegiate administrative teams, and embrace service excellence. To that end, NSS will be working with colleges, schools, research centres, institutes and administrative departments to deliver high-quality administrative support. In order to better serve the NTU community, NSS will adopt a “No Wrong Door” policy with a customer-oriented mindset and operational flexibility.
