Agentic AI is redefining enterprise value and poses an existential challenge to our model, one which demands far more than an adjusted approach to value creation.
Given that context, the mandate for SSOW Europe 2026 is bold: to re-imagine the future of GBS and shared services by challenging its value from the outside in. Instead of speaking within our own silos, we’ll look through the eyes of internal and external customers. We’re bringing the ultimate owners of GBS to the Big Ideas Stage to share what they truly need from tomorrow’s service models. Our goal is simple – to give you a platform to build service models that are future-proof, aligned to a definition of enterprise value which fit for the agentic age.
