As leader of this new company since its foundation, main roles include:
- Develop business strategies and action plans, ensuring growth and its alignment with short- and long-term objectives by assuring its support by the shareholder board and other major stakeholders;
- Overseeing all operations and business activities, ensuring desired results and its consistency with the overall strategy and mission of "SEG Automotive" organization;
- Lead and motivate the company Management team by supporting all Associates to be fully engaged in the development of its operations, assuring the creation of THE best Teams, developing a BoB (Best of Benchmark) Culture through a mindset of both change and continuous improvement, in all areas of activity;

Since July 2016 was nominated also as Chairman of the General Assembly of this Company, and shareholders representative.
