A seasoned leader with 26 years of experience in Transformation and Operations. Since Jan 2024, Ana is Syensqo Global Business Services (GBS) Head and Lisbon Site Lead. Setting up a brand new GBS built from a strong legacy covering the areas of Finance (R2R), Credit Mgmt (O2C), HR (H2R) and Procurement (S2P) with ~610 Explorers, with Global Operations in 3 Service Centers (Lisbon - PT, Curitiba - BR, Bangkok - TH). The vision is to "advance Syensqo growth, driving value at scale through our innovative service portfolio, operational excellence and a seamless experience, powered by people and data."
From 2019 to 2024, Ana was in adidas as a Senior Director in Strategy & Transformation in adidas GBS.
From 2013 to 2019 was the Head of Continuous Improvement and PMO for Sonae Sports & Fashion retail businesses in Portugal and Spain.
With 13 years of management consulting experience, began its professional career in 2000 in Arthur Andersen (became Deloitte), being involved in Shared Services projects, as well as process optimization and organizational transformation. From 2006 to 2013, as Consulting Manager in the Business Consulting division of Logica, now CGI, actively involved in international and global teams, representing Logica Iberia & LATAM in the International Business Team of BPO & Shared Services. Responsible for the staff management of the Business Consulting team.
In parallel to these activities, has developed an academic career, being an invited teacher in several teaching institutions (Católica MBA, INA, ISEC, EPE) in areas such as Project Management; Procurement and Strategic Sourcing; Economic and Social Culture. In Sonae was a certified trainer for Improving Our Management, Improving Our Teams and Lean & Agile Lab.
