Currently, as part of the Chief of Operations organisation, Ana is the Head of GBS of Syensqo. She is setting up a new Global Business Services (GBS) team and transitioning out of a TSA. Responsible to manage and ensure the GBS Exit Strategy from a TSA and run the future operations in Syensqo GBS. In parallel, designing the future GBS Target Operating Model. From 2019 to 2024, Ana was in adidas as a Senior Director in Strategy & Transformation in adidas GBS. She focused on the Transformation leading the teams of PMO, Project Management and Incubators, leading a team in 5 locations (Portugal, China, Colombia and India). Also sponsored Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Stream in the Porto Hub, coordinating the regional team from planning to execution. From 2013 to 2019 was the Head of Continuous Improvement and PMO for Sonae Sports & Fashion retail businesses in Portugal and Spain, implementing the company's Continuous Improvement System, supporting the organisation from top management to store and office teams. With 13 years of management consulting experience, began its professional career in 2000 in Arthur Andersen, being involved in Shared Services projects, as well as process optimization and organizational transformation. Ana is a mother of 2, loves hiking and yoga, as well as long walks by the beach.
