Andreas Manolis

Head of Innovation & Strategy, Group Business Services BT

Andreas Manolis is the Head of Innovation and Strategy for BT Group Business Services with responsibility for setting the innovation strategy and delivering advanced solutions utilizing new technologies in AI / Machine Learning, data insight & intelligence, process automation, cognitive and blockchain. This also includes working with the wider industry to collaborate and co-create solutions in line with the strategy. Andreas has had a career in technology & telecoms since 1997 working within MCI WorldCom, One2One, T-Mobile, Deutsche Telecom, Orange, EE, and BT. He has led and contributed to national and international initiatives in his prior capacity on the board of directors of the Telecoms UK Fraud Forum (TUFF) and as Deputy Chairman of the Communication Crime Strategy Group (CCSG) working in partnership with government and national agencies.
