Mieke Van Gheluwe

Vice President, Finance (Global Accounting Shared Services) Dell Technologies

Mieke serves as VP, Global Accounting Shared Services. In this role she is leading the Shared Services operations responsible for US GAAP Global General Accounting in the areas of OPEX, Compensation and Benefits, Bank, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable accounting and Leasing. She is also leading the Accounting Process Transformation office. Prior to this role, Mieke served as VP, Global Assurance and Transformation. She is also sponsoring the EMEA Controls & Compliance Review Council and is the Global CFO Diversity & Inclusion sponsor. She joined Dell in September 2011. Prior to Joining Dell, Mieke spent 13 years at General Electric in various management roles including 3 years as regional EMEA CFO for an automation division at GE. Through her roles, she gained business experience in e.g. Commercial businesses, Services, Marketing, M&A, FP&A, six sigma and Audit. Mieke holds a Master of science in engineering degree and a Black Belt Certification in Business Process Improvements (BPI).
