Moritz is the Global Head of Operational Excellence and Change for HR Operations, leading a global team of change experts that implement automation, digitalization, AI and customer engagement initiatives. Prior to that, he managed large technology transformation programs for Credit Suisse and other industry leaders in the space of HR, Finance, Operations and IT. Moritz started his career in the BPO and SSC space, gaining broad exposure to the sector by first working on the vendor, later the client and finally the advisor side. 

Moritz is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, European Commission Expert for Research and Innovation and start-up founder.
