Natalie Goffin is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Solutions at Takeda, she is dedicated to creating an outstanding people experience for all employees.

Natalie’s career has been rich with international exposure, having led various HR transformation and change projects in multicultural environments. Her passion lies in fostering agile cultures and implementing new ways of working. Recently, she transitioned from an HR partnering role to her current leadership position.
