I am the Senior Manager for SCM Governance and Digitalization at Ammega and the Global Process Owner for Procurement. I drive the group’s SCM governance framework and lead the digitalization agenda that supports how our regions buy, onboard suppliers, manage risk, and stay compliant. I built our global procurement blueprint and aligned D365 F&O, into one governance structure with clear logic, rules, and controls. This work improved policy clarity, raised data quality, and strengthened compliance across all regions. I focus on ESG integration, EUDR readiness, and supplier risk. I designed our ESG Collection Data Procedure and support our decarbonization and due-diligence roadmap. I also oversee the onboarding and governance setup for new reporting requirements such as packaging and deforestation. I work closely with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, and local teams. I translate complex requirements into workflows, KPIs, SOPs, and tools that teams can use in day-to-day work. I bring structure, calm, and a results-driven mindset to every alignment. My current priorities are procurement digitalization, governance scalability, and supporting the next phase of the D365 rollout. I combine process discipline, technology insight, and risk awareness to guide stronger decisions across the business.
