Síle Kelly is VP Digital Enablement for Business Functions at Kerry Group, where she partners closely with Finance and GBS to turn data and analytics into measurable business value. Her work focuses on applying advanced analytics, automation and AI to core finance processes, including order to cash, procure to pay and cash forecasting. With over 20 years' experience across global FMCG organisations, Síle has led large scale transformation and shared services programmes, moving teams from retrospective reporting to proactive, insight led decision making. She brings practical experience of piloting analytics solutions, scaling them across global operations, and embedding the cultural and capability change needed to sustain value. At Kerry, she is particularly focused on building data driven finance organisations that link analytics directly to outcomes — improving cash flow, reducing complexity and enabling finance teams to act earlier and with greater confidence. She is a CIMA qualified finance leader, and an experienced board member.
