D. Patrick Pryor is a seasoned corporate real estate and enterprise operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global portfolios and transforming workplace environments. As Vice President and Head of Real Estate at Sotheby’s, he directs major acquisitions, portfolio strategy, and large‑scale development initiatives, including the $100M purchase and redesign of the historic Breuer Building and multimillion‑dollar transactions that reposition the company’s global footprint. Patrick delivers operational excellence through strategic outsourcing, enhanced vendor performance, and multimillion‑dollar savings across facilities and corporate services. Previously, as Executive Director at UBS, he oversaw over 9 million square feet across 350+ locations, leading corporate services, workplace strategy, and cultural transformation projects such as the firm’s “Workplace of the Future.” Earlier in his career, he managed global occupancy financials at Morgan Stanley. Patrick holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from the University of Richmond.
