Brad Meador serves as the Director of Digital Transformation for the Accounting, Shared Services, and Treasury organization at USA Today Co. With a career spanning more than 35 years at USA Today Co and its affiliates, Brad brings deep institutional knowledge and a passion for innovation to his role. Over the years, he has held a variety of roles in Circulation, Information Technology, and Finance, giving him a broad perspective on operational challenges and opportunities across the enterprise.

Brad has been a key contributor to the establishment of the company’s shared services model, leveraging automation to streamline processes and create greater efficiencies. He has played a central role in building the automation infrastructure that supports this model, helping transform traditional finance operations into agile, technology-enabled workflows.

He leads a cross-functional team focused on driving automation, AI adoption, and workflow optimization across Accounting, Shared Services, and Treasury. His group designs, builds, and supports solutions using a wide range of tools including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), the Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and other intelligent automation technologies. Their work enables teams to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and gain real-time insights into financial operations.

Under Brad’s leadership, the Digital Transformation team partners closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, implement scalable solutions, and ensure long-term support and continuous improvement. His approach blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, making him a trusted advisor and change agent within the organization.
