Sitting still as a global business services (GBS) organization is not an option anymore. GBS and shared service organizations should constantly adapt and transform while continually delivering value. A GBS leader’s legacy rests on the ability to lead the team’s transformation to capitalize on change and help accelerate the value delivered to stakeholders. Successful leaders recognize the need for ongoing, end-to-end transformation, and they are more than a little focused on achieving the outcomes that matter during and after the transformation. In this session, we will explore what outcomes matter in periods of transformation, how organizations can accelerate transformation value year over year, and what allows them to build on enhanced digital capabilities. We will leverage industry leaders to discuss real-life transformation outcomes that will help you rethink your transformation legacy.
