Mariesa is a Senior Director for Intelligent Automation for Cognizant.  She works with clients to establish automation programs and drive them to scale across the enterprise. Her experience spans across industries from industrial to capital services. Additionally, she brings extensive experience in process improvement, Lean, Six sigma, Agile, and Change Management.

Before joining Cognizant, she led Operations and IT for Movable Ink, a New York based startup. Prior to that she spent 8 years in GE working across multiple business units and functions, including leading the RPA CoE and establishing the analytics platform for GE Global Operations. She is also a graduate from two career accelerator programs in GE: Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) focused on operations and supply chain and Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) program focused on finance, risk, and advisory.

Mariesa holds a Bachelor and Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering with management & communication minors from the University of Miami.
