In this role he oversaw Shiftgig’s product and technology roadmap, sales and support, and operating practices, with a primary objective of transforming the company from a staffing services company to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

Prior to Shiftgig, Wade was the Vice President of Talent Solutions at LinkedIn where he grew and led LinkedIn Talent Solutions, a multi-billion dollar line of business with sales and support teams in 29 offices around the world, impacting millions of professional hires per year
