Hariharan Ganesan is a seasoned digital leader, known for his expertise in incubating data innovation and digital capabilities. With over three decades of experience leading strategy and transformation in the industrial technology sector, Hari is part of the leadership team at Rolls-Royce where he chairs the Board of Directors of the India entity.

Hari joined Rolls-Royce in 2015 and soon took charge of Engineering Capability and Digital, leading a team of over 150 experts in analytics, software, and testing. He then became one of the founding team members of Rolls-Royce Data Labs, with the aim of enabling digital transformation, accelerating innovation and driving value across the enterprise. He has been instrumental in growing this capability from a three-member team into an award-winning team of over 200 experts across India and the UK, recognized for data-led innovation and measurable business impact.

Hari's domain expertise in digital technologies combined with his business acumen, have shaped the growth journey of Rolls-Royce Data Labs into a value-driven global capability centre within the Rolls-Royce Digital Factory, offering solutions to businesses and functions across the organisation.
