Prior to that, Padma held leadership roles at Target, Lowe’s, and Giant Eagle, bringing with her deep insights and a rich understanding of the retail sector, honed over many years in the industry.

Most recently at DigiKey, she successfully expanded the team strengthening core capabilities across supply chain, and finance and delivering measurable value to the global business.
