Pooja Jois is the Head of Strategy and Programmes at Tesco Business Solutions. With over 19 years of experience, she has donned many hats in various portfolios, leading teams across the breadth of core business operations such as contact centre, Property, and Commercial product operations. In her current role, Pooja spearheads the development of comprehensive strategic plans and objectives, which are instrumental in influencing business growth and development. In addition to her current role, she actively leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda at Tesco Business Solutions, ensuring Everyone’s Welcome at Tesco. Outside of work, Pooja finds joy in sports, exploring new destinations around the world, and cherishing moments with her fur friends.
