Saswata is Head of Master Data, Analytics & Data Sciences for Philips GBS, globally. He is also responsible for driving and managing the analytics mandate for the Supply Chain, Marketing, Services, Quality & Regulatory, Sales functions for Philips internally.

Saswata brings more than 2 decades of experience in the Data Sciences (Marketing, Digital, Operations, Supply Chain & Risk) from leading Healthcare, Retail Services, Cards, Consumer Lending, Mortgages and Automotive organizations. He has a proven track record in improving organizational effectiveness by leveraging advanced analysis and operational excellence practices.

He is currently a Forum member at AI & IOT forum of NASSCOM & also on SSON global advisory board. In ‘22, Saswata has been adjudged in Top 100 AI Leader in "Data Science Transformers" category in MachineCon 2022 organized by Analytics India Magazine. He has also been felicitated in the "AI Makers 100" list thereby earning a spot on the 3AI wall of fame in ’22 and ’24.

He is passionate about AI and Analytics and regularly writes and talks in various Industry leading forums like Economic Times, shaping opinions about this upcoming industry.
