Sayandeep Majumder
Lead – Data Science, Data and AI AXA Global Business Services Pvt. Ltd.Sayandeep Majumder has been with AXA GBS for the past nine years, supporting AXA entities in designing, developing, and deploying data science and AI solutions across the insurance life cycle. He is a member of the Gen AI Model Advisory Board at the Group level, helping shape the Gen AI strategy for all the AXA entities. Before that, Sayandeep spent multiple years across different analytics startups, working with global retail and insurance majors. He likes to keep himself updated with the latest academic research in the field of AI, but also firmly believes that true business value can't be unlocked without a deep understanding of the domain. Sayandeep is a member of the AXA GBS Leadership Council and also a part of the AI & Data Science Advisory Group at the Institute of Actuaries of India. He holds a Statistics Honors degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, and an MSc in Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
