Vice President, Global Transformation & Digital Solutions bpVipin comes from an engineering & technology background and has rich experience in designing and operating global capability centers specializing in technology and business services. Over the last 2 decades, Vipin has worked with top CPG and telecom companies like Diageo and Vodafone, managing and leading global roles in the areas of business strategy, operations & digital transformation. Before joining bp, Vipin was Managing Director for the Diageo Global Capability Center in India.
His current focus at bp is on delivery of the global transformation and transition programmes and helping build the global capability hubs for bp businesses. In his current role as vice president for Global digital solutions & transformation (DS&T) he is creating an end-to-end strategic transformation roadmap for the functions and businesses at bp, underpinned by centers of excellence across data, automation, process and solutions.
