Mariana brings over 20 years of experience in the Finance Transformation and Shared Services. She is currently the VP of Shared Service Centre at Scholastic, the world's largest publisher and distributor of children's books and a leader in educational technology and children's media. She is a certified project manager with vast experience in managing finance transformations in oil & gas, tobacco and life-sciences industry. Mariana is passionate on building high performing teams and winning trust-based business partnerships. She is also an industry partner with the Malaysian higher institutions to create awareness and exposure to the younger generations on the GBS industry.
